No, the prices on SwissFashionDG are all exclusive of VAT.

The products sold on SwissFashionDG are all original 100 % products, purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. We check the authenticity and originality of each product before putting them on sale and making them available for delivery.

You can contact us at our e-mail address email@example.com. You will receive a reply from us within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail.
+ - HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER AS A NEW CUSTOMER?
First of all, choose the items you wish to purchase while selecting the size and colour. The selected product will be added automatically to your "shopping cart". You can change the contents of your basket at any time by adding or removing an item.
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, click on the shopping cart icon located on your menu bar. Once in your shopping cart, click on checkout.
Enter your personal data (name and address). After verification, select your payment method.
After confirming your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your order.
+ - HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
The amount of the delivery costs are applied according to the country of destination + VAT and customs fees (non-EU countries).

+ - CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you have not yet received a dispatch confirmation from us, you can contact us and request a cancellation of your order.
But if not, you have 20 days after receipt of the goods to return them, stating the reason for the cancellation of the order.

+ - WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE?
All the products we have on the site are normally available in stock and can therefore be delivered.
However, it may happen that the goods you wish to buy are no longer available. In this case, you can inform us of your interest in the item in question by e-mail and we will be happy to inform you as soon as it is available again.

There are currently two payment methods. To pay for your order, you can pay by Paypal or by credit card.
+ - IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT?
No, there is no minimum purchase amount on our site. You can order one item or several at the same time.
+ - IS THE BANK DATA SECURE?
We take the security of your private and banking data very seriously. That is why your transactions are processed on highly secure payment platforms and your bank details are encrypted.
+ - CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE?
No, orders can only be placed on our website. Apart from that, it is not possible to place an order by email or telephone.

At the moment, it is not possible to purchase on invoice on our website.
+ - DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN AREA?
Yes, we now deliver all over Europe and to about 15 destinations outside the European Union. (See the Delivery page)
+ - CAN I RESERVE ITEMS ON SWISSFASHIONDG?
No, it is not possible to reserve articles. However, you can add an item that interests you to your favourites. It will always be available and you will not have to search for it the next time you visit the site.
