Delivery

At SwissFashionDG, we understand the imperative need for you to receive your order in the best conditions and especially in the shortest time. We have therefore undertaken to establish strategic partnerships with internationally renowned transporters, in order to put in place a delivery policy in line with the high standards required by our ambitions.

Your items ordered in standard or express mode are shipped to about thirty European countries and to about fifteen other destinations around the world. Delivery times may therefore vary from 4 to 8 working days, depending on the delivery method chosen and the destination of the order.

Your package is shipped between 1 and 3 days following the validation of the order (checkout of the amount of the shopping cart). You are informed by email of the shipment of your package and other useful information for online tracking.

However, it should be noted that for deliveries outside the European Union, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties that may apply. These vary according to the customs and tax legislation in force in the destination country. If you are concerned, you can contact your local customs office for further information.

NB: We would like to inform you that, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictive measures issued by each country, it is likely that there will be delays in delivery, independent of the carrier.

We apologise in advance for this and ask you to inform us of any delay that would extend the delivery time of your order to more than 20 days.

Delivery times

After ordering, your product goes through several stages before it reaches you. From packaging to delivery. After being selected and packed, and finally ready for delivery, the package is first shipped. The shipping time is between 1 and 3 days. After that, the countdown to delivery can begin, and it takes between 4 and 8 working days.

Two types of delivery are available: standard delivery and express delivery. Standard delivery takes 4 to 8 days, while express delivery takes 2 to 3 days within Europe.
